Atrial Fibrillation. Heart Rate 50-100/min. QRS axis:+110
PR: -ms QRS: 100ms QT/QTc: 360/430
Left Ventricular Hypertrophy

Comment: Atrial Fibrillation: disorganised, irregular atrial activity, indistinct irregular p waves, rate >350, variable AV conduction, irregular, irregular QRS; LVH: R V6= 38mm (n<11mm).
This boy had significant mitral incompetence related to his Marfan's Syndrome which resulted in left atrial enlargement cauing atrial fibrillation.
